Here we see a Canary Island pine. The pollen of the pine, also known as Pine Pollen, has been used in TCM for over 2,000 years. A few years ago, it became known that pine pollen contains bioidentical testosterone. Whether and how this affects humans has not yet been sufficiently researched. My experience with it has been good, at any rate. - The Canary Island pine is special in that it is fire-resistant. Last year, we had a very severe forest fire here. By now, the pine trees are already green again.
