Pine Pollen und Artemisia annua in der TCM

Pine pollen and Artemisia Annua in TCM

Mankind's oldest book on medicinal plants is the 'Shennong Ben Cao Jing', the Divine Countryman's textbook on herbs and roots. The Chinese themselves claim it is over 5000 years old. The oldest physically preserved copy is at least more than 2000 years old. According to tradition, Shennong was the brother of the Yellow Emperor. The Yellow Emperor is said to be the forefather of the entire Chinese culture, and our current knowledge of acupunctureand acupressure, among other things,

goes back to him.

In the two products I offer, TCM plays an important role. Both Artemisia annua and Pine pollen are already mentioned in the Shennong Ben Cao Jing. It says about Artemisia that it helps with fever. In 1968, it was discovered that artemsiniin is highly effective against malaria, for which it was awarded the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2015. The fact that pine pollen contains testosterone has also been known for over forty years, even if the word has not yet spread so far. The Shennong Ben Cao Jing says about pine pollen that it is supposed to increase physical strength and prolong life.

Scientific studies on Artemisia annua now exist, and the Bill Gates Foundation has already invested billions. There are still relatively few studies on pine pollen. This does not change the fact that pine pollen tincture is now considered the new secret tip among bodybuilders.
